Are You Ready to Grow Bigger Breasts Naturally?

Let me share my recent experience in Japan that made me think of this question.

If you've ever been there, you know that people are trendy and though there are some "interesting" personal fashion going on, they also have a lot of pretty stuff everywhere you go. It's also easy to tell what is currently in fashion as the similar-looking style of clothing is at every store.

It was apparent that fluffy sweaters were in fashion this past winter. I wanted one. I tried on a bunch. Didn't get any. You know why?

Because I looked like an overly-padded, chubby football player ready to be tackled.

As the owners of small boobs, we can (or I used to be able to) pretty much look sexy and slender in most types of clothing without much effort. Fluffy sweaters? No problem! Fluff it up even more, and we could look cute and cuddly!

You can probably imagine my devastation when none of those sweaters looked good on me as a result of my breasts growth.

What I realized from this is that when we finally get those big boobs we always longed for, we will be faced with a whole new set of problems and concerns that we've never imagined.

Will you be ready to solve these problems then?

The answer to this lies in how you are currently dealing with your small breasts, and what you are doing to grow bigger breasts.

Stay positive? Definitely!

Love your own body? ALWAYS!

Neither positive nor love your body? Sorry to say this, but you're not ready to have bigger breasts yet, because even when you do, you will still be unhappy with who and how you are for different reasons. :(

But I'm happy to say that the solution to this is super easy: stay positive and love your own body. Nothing else!

Stop Being Envious of Women with Curves (If You Want Your Own)!

Every time I saw a woman with nice curves, I thought to myself, "She probably got fake boobs, how else could she have such big breasts and tight abs? Faker!"

Sounds familiar? Ever thought that? Not just for someone's nice curves, but for anything else someone else has that you don't?

During my Super Fit Period (if you don't know what I'm talking about, refer to my previous post), people constantly told me how "lucky" I am that I stayed thin while I ate and drank whatever I wanted.

Seriously???

I was tiny because I worked out for HOURS almost every day.

What did they do?

They complained about their weight nonstop as they munched on candy bars, drank sodas, and never exercised!

So one day while I was working out, a girl with nice curves walked by me. I immediately thought my usual, envious thought. Fake boobs!!!

Then something hit me.... Really? Are there really that many people getting easy fix on their boobs? Every single one of the sexy-body women working out at the one single gym that I happened to go got a boob job done?

I don't think so!!!

It is then that I realized I had become one of those who complains but never does anything to work on the problems.

Consciously or unconsciously, those girls were working on getting those great curves by taking care of their bodies and trying to stay healthy.

They were not complaining or being envious, they were proactive about getting and maintaining what they wanted and already have.

If you want those curves yourself, you need to stop being envious, stop being doubtful, stop meaningless complaints.

Instead, find out what you're doing/not doing that's keeping your breasts from growing to their potential size, and work on fixing the problems.

You know what you have to do: eat well, drink lots of water, exercise, sleep, stop complaining, TAKE ACTIONS!

As always, start with whatever you can, and you're a step closer to growing bigger breasts naturally...and getting the perks of beautiful skin and better health that come with this!

16 Possible Reasons Why Your Breasts Are Small



How many of the following apply to you?

The more you circle, the further you are from naturally growing bigger breasts!

You:
  1. skip meals
  2. love snacking on empty-calorie foods
  3. love smoking
  4. love to drink alcohol, coffee, sodas, caffeinated teas
  5. love to eat ice cream or drink ice cold drinks
  6. do not drink lots of water
  7. do not regularly exercise
  8. do not eat lots of fruits and veggies
  9. do not have a regular, consistent bowel movements (constipated)
  10. do not get 8 hours of sleep
  11. are a vegetarian/vegan
  12. are overly health-conscious
  13. are always stressed
  14. have a slouched back/bad posture
  15. have a constant, negative self- and body-image
  16. do not get fitted for your bras regularly (ideally every 6 months, at least once a year)
All of the above, except for #15 and #16 have direct connections to the 3 fundamental factors in natural breast enhancement.

Can you think of how they affect the three factors? I will eventually cover each and every one in my blog.

If you're a vegetarian/vegan, don't worry. There are possible solutions. It will take a little more time and patience, but you don't have to start eating meat unless you want to!

When I was a no-boobs woman, I was most-of-the-above. Now I'm none-of-the-above.

Some are easy to fix, some take a little more effort. Pick a couple that is easy to fix, and stick with them until they become a daily habit!

As always, everything in moderation, but with persistency...and have fun! :)

Can Breasts Grow in the 20s, 30s, and 40s?



UPDATED on 8/9/16:

I say YES! to this as my breasts grew and still are growing in my mid-30s.

My best friend who is 2 years older than me said her breasts grew after she started massaging and doing some chest exercises.

Another friend of mine...with really big breasts on a super tiny frame...told me that they used to be very small, but started growing and growing all of a sudden in her 40s (she is currently 42)!

And in the 20s?

I personally don't know anyone who told me about their breasts growth in their 20s, but if the breasts of women in their 30s and 40s are growing, of course, it's possible! :)

The truth is, our breasts will continue to change their shapes and sizes throughout our lives.

It may be from weight gain/loss, dietary changes, hormonal changes, lifestyle changes...whatever changes you make in your daily habits could really affect our breasts.

Q: Why the sudden growth in their late 20s, 30s, and 40s?

A: Because as we grow older, we become more health-conscious.

We start eating better. We go out to exercise. We drink less alcohol. We try to sleep instead of staying up all night to party (or maybe to study for exams?).


As we age, we start doing things better for our health.

Healthy lifestyle and natural breast growth go hand in hand.

Think back to your college days, or your current lifestyle. Are you eating well? Exercising? Drinking plenty of water? Sleeping 8 hours a day?

If you answered no to any of the above, there is a reason why your breasts are not growing!

4-Minuet Massage to Help Grow and Keep Beautiful Breasts


Today I would like to share with you a 4-minute breast massage that I do every morning.

It will probably take a little longer in the beginning until you get used to the movements.

Preparation:

-drink a glass of room temperature water to improve blood circulation
-warm up hands before massage
-if possible, massage in front of a mirror
-use *enough* oil/lotion so your hands glide over your skin instead of causing friction (I like to use olive oil, coconut oil, apricot oil, but others will work as well)

Reminder:

Use gentle but enough pressure to massage your breasts; it should feel good, not hurt.

Massage #1:

-Take your right hand and put it on your left breast in an angle shown below
-Use your entire hand to push up and inward in the shown angle, as if to create a round cleavage
-Take your left hand and put it on your *LEFT* breast in the same angle
-Use your entire left hand to do the same as right
-This completes one set: do 20 sets, each breast

Massage #2:

-Using your entire hand, massage breasts with the opposite-side hand in a circular motion shown below
-Massage so that your hands are coming inward to the middle of your body (left breast in a counter-clockwise motion, right breast in a clockwise motion)
-20 times, each breast

Massage #3:

-Put both hands with fingers pointing down to the ground
-Use your fingers to scoop up from the base of your breast upward
-Going up with right and left hand is a set: repeat 10 sets, each breast

*When I first started this, it felt weird like I was massaging some bumps and blood vessels, especially my left breast as it used to be much smaller and had absolutely no fat. But as it grew and some fat has accumulated, it now feels like I am massaging a breast and I feel resistance on my finger tips.

Massage #4:

-This is a pressure point known to enhance breast growth
-It it located in the middle of the chest, on the line connecting the nipples
-You will feel a slight dent in the chest bone
-Take your thumb, press that dented area (indicated with the blue dot below) for about 3 seconds, slide your thumbs towards your nipples (right thumb goes outward on left breast, left thumb on right breast)
-repeat 5 sets

*The pressure point area hurt a lot for almost a week when I first started this. I kept pressing it very very lightly every day; now it feels good, no pain ever.

Massage #5:

-Take your right hand, place it under your armpit, reach as far back as you can
-Bring your hand inward, across the top part of your breast, then down the middle of your chest
-repeat 10 times, each side

(0:20 seconds)
Massage #6:

-Place opposite-side hand to the collarbone, use your fingertips to rub inward
-repeat 5 times, each side

(0:10 seconds)
Massage #7:

-Make fists with both hands
-Open your chest widely and feel the shoulder blades moving towards each other
-Place right fist under your right armpit, left fist under left armpit
-Move fists inward, simultaneously as if collecting breasts fat to the middle
-Move from top, middle, and bottom as the arrows are pointing in the diagram below
-Repeat 2 times at each location

Massage #8:

-Raise your left arm, take your right hand and massage downward from your wrist into the chest area
-Repeat 10 times, each arm

(0:20 seconds)

After these massages, I take the last minute to stretch my arms and chest area:

Side Stretch #1:

-Raise your left arm, grab the wrist with your right hand to pull up and to the side
-It's important that you are concentrating and feeling the stretch in the underarm area

Chest Stretch #2:

-Clasp hands behind your back
-Bend down 90 degrees, raise clasped hands straight up, perpendicular to the floor
-While maintaining this position, concentrate on keeping the shoulder blades close to each other
