3 Fundamental Factors

The three fundamental factors to grow bigger breasts naturally are:

1. nutrition
2. blood circulation
3. hormones

Lacking even one of them will make it difficult for your breasts to grow to their potential, maximum size.

It's also important to realize that it takes time and patience to grow bigger breasts naturally.

Changing your diet for a week or two, or massaging your breasts when you remember to will not give you the beautiful breasts we long for.

When your current lifestyle is modified to meet AND keep the above criteria at their best, your breasts will start growing.

Everything you do for natural breast enhancement will help you with your overall health and well-being. Everything you do for your overall health and well-being will also help you to grow bigger breasts naturally.

In my blog, I talk about how you can make changes in your lifestyle to improve these three fundamental factors. This blog was started after my personal experience of natural breast growth in the mid-30s, and years of reading various materials about breast development.

    Can you please elaborate on diet and massage techniques

    1. I was actually thinking of writing more about diet in the next post (a bit slow because I have a 3-month-old)!

      But to make a quick comment on this, often times women with smaller breasts, my past-self included, have a really bad habit of eating poorly. "Diet" does not mean low-fat, low-carb, Raw Food, Keto, Whole30, stuff like that. It just means eat actual meals when you're supposed to instead of eating junk food or skipping meals altogether, and be conscious about what you're putting into your body.

    3. Hi Noémie! I have been meaning to start some recipe posts too but haven't gotten around to it...because of your request, I will do it after the post I'm currently working on!

      I am NOT taking any supplements for breast growth, never did (okay, I bought some and literally took 2 pills), and do not intend to in the future. It's partly because I don't believe any supplements could grow your breasts (if they did, everyone could have bigger breasts?), and if they, in fact, do by somehow affecting your hormones, I'm too scared to put them in my body.... I am, however, taking iron supplements and prenatal vitamins as my doctor told me to when I got pregnant.

      I'm not on a phytohormone-rich diet consciously, but I naturally enjoy soy products as well as various types of legumes and nuts...almonds and peanuts, I eat a lot every day because I love them..... But I strongly believe that consuming a single food group or an item will *NOT* grow your breasts. They can certainly help, but it's not the answer!

      There are so many topics that I want to write about but I have been bad at writing diligently. I will try to update more frequently and consistently... :)

      ) I agree with you about the breast growth pill - i don't really trust them neither - and about nuts - I love them ! I am currently considering taking hop extract pills, mayby you have heard about it.

    5. I did not know about the hop extract pills (are you talking about the estrogen effect? https://www.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-856/hops). I remember reading somewhere a long time ago about how drinking beer can help grow your breasts. It was a great news for me to read because I love love LOVE hoppy beers...but they only made my tummy get bigger. :P
