Recently, I have been questioned by a good number of my blog readers whether my natural breast growth regimen really works. It personally...

4 Fundamental Factors for Natural Breast Growth

Fundamental Factors for Natural Breast Growth

Updated on 3/23/19: I have added the 4th factor.

Through my own natural breast growth journey from 32A to 32D over 4 years in my mid-30s, I came to the conclusion that there are four fundamental factors in growing bigger breasts naturally:

1. nutrition

2. blood circulation

3. hormones

4. perseverance

I talk about how you can make changes in your lifestyle to improve these areas of your life in my blog. Lacking any one of them will slow down or even make it impossible for your breasts to grow to their potential, maximum size.

It's also important to realize that natural breast growth takes time and patience. After all, it takes years for the breasts of girls going through puberty, the height of breast growth, to grow!

Changing your diet for a week or two, or massaging your breasts when you remember to will not give you the beautiful breasts you long for.

When your current lifestyle is modified to meet and keep the above criteria at their best, your breasts will start growing.

Everything you do for natural breast growth will help you with your overall health and well-being. Everything you do for your overall health and well-being will also help you to grow bigger breasts naturally.

Have you ever thought about how your daily habits and activities may be affecting these fundamentals?

    1. Cool! How is it going so far? It will take some time, but if you work on it persistently, you will definitely be able to increase by a cup. Let me know how it goes, would love to hear about it! :)

    1. I was actually thinking of writing more about diet in the next post (a bit slow because I have a 3-month-old)!

But to make a quick comment on this, often times women with smaller breasts, my past-self included, have a really bad habit of eating poorly. "Diet" does not mean low-fat, low-carb, Raw Food, Keto, Whole30, stuff like that. It just means eat actual meals when you're supposed to instead of eating junk food or skipping meals altogether, and be conscious about what you're putting into your body.

As for the breast massage, please refer to my post: http://www.givemesomeboobs.com/2016/02/4-minuet-massage-to-help-grow-breasts-naturally.html

I'm hoping one of these days I can make a video of this!!! :) Hope this helps!

    2. Thank you ! I am looking forward to read about your diet philosophy and also reciepes, if you plan to speak about this toi
I am also wondering how you deal with the hormone factor ? Are you taking supplements ? Or are you on a phyto-hormone rich diet ?

      Many thanks !

    3. Hi Noémie! I have been meaning to start some recipe posts too but haven't gotten around to it...because of your request, I will do it after the post I'm currently working on!

I am NOT taking any supplements for breast growth, never did (okay, I bought some and literally took 2 pills), and do not intend to in the future. It's partly because I don't believe any supplements could grow your breasts (if they did, everyone could have bigger breasts?), and if they, in fact, do by somehow affecting your hormones, I'm too scared to put them in my body.... I am, however, taking iron supplements and prenatal vitamins as my doctor told me to when I got pregnant.

I'm not on a phytohormone-rich diet consciously, but I naturally enjoy soy products as well as various types of legumes and nuts...almonds and peanuts, I eat a lot every day because I love them..... But I strongly believe that consuming a single food group or an item will *NOT* grow your breasts. They can certainly help, but it's not the answer!

There are so many topics that I want to write about but I have been bad at writing diligently. I will try to update more frequently and consistently... :)

    4. Thank you for answering =
) I agree with you about the breast growth pill - i don't really trust them neither - and about nuts - I love them ! I am currently considering taking hop extract pills, mayby you have heard about it.
Thanks again for your work on this blog and for sharing precious advices ! =)

    5. I did not know about the hop extract pills (are you talking about the estrogen effect? https://www.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-856/hops). I remember reading somewhere a long time ago about how drinking beer can help grow your breasts. It was a great news for me to read because I love love LOVE hoppy beers...but they only made my tummy get bigger. :P

Thank you for your comments and the info! Let me know how your breast growth journey goes! :)

I have been following your guidance for a year now, on everything, from breast massage, eating proper meals, frequently exercising, drinking enough water... and managed to grow my breast from 32A to 34C. I'm still working on it, and it was very encouraging when I first found your website. Thanks a million Yumi c;

  5. My boobs are small and saggy would this help and I'm kinda fat too
    And I'm 21

    1. If they're small, then yes, this will grow your breasts as it has for me. I'm in the process of un-sagging my breasts after pregnancy and breastfeeding (though not done yet), so I can't be sure about the sagging. However, I'm convinced that this will work for myself. I'll keep updating on my personal breasts status from time to time here.

If you have a lot more fat around your waist/thighs/other parts of your body in comparison to your breasts, I suggest you look over the nutrition aspect. It's so easy to consume an insane amount of carbs and fats in this modern day dining and yet very little protein. Make sure your daily food intake consists of a sufficient amount of protein! You can get them from meat, fish, dairy, eggs, legumes and such.

  6. Hey so I’m only 14, meaning I’m still growing but my boobs started growing quite a while ago so I doubt they’ll get any bigger anyway on both sides of my family they all have small breasts so I don’t have much luck with genetics but I’ve just started doing the massage techniques and I’m also changing my diet to be more nutritional and protein based. Do you think I’ll be able to get a full c cup? Also, any specific meals you suggest?

    1. Hi Chloe! If you're 14, your breasts are still developing on their own. I can't deny the fact that there are definitely genetic factors that play into the size of your breasts, just like your body frame. However, many environmental factors play a huge role as well. For instance, if your parents are used to consuming high-carbs/fat, low-protein diet (just as an example), you're more likely to be on this diet for most of your childhood and adolescent years. You also are likely to continue this eating habit into your young adulthoo, possibly for the rest of your life, which will definitely not help you in your breast growth. A lot of these environmental factors can be changed or modified with a different mindset and hard work, so don't have such a negative attitude towards small breasts being all genetics.

Also, at 14, I do not want to encourage or recommend doing breast massage of any kind. Your body is still developing, so let it do its own thing. We don't know what these outside stimulants can do to your developing body. For now, stick to nutritious meals, being active, and sleeping a lot.

As for a "full C-cup"...it's a difficult thing to say as every bra brand sizes are so different, even within the same brand. For instance, I'm currently 32E/F in the same brand/line that I've been measuring myself for the past few years. But this does not mean I'm able to fit into any 32E/DD or 32F/DDD bras. Your breasts will definitely grow bigger if you stay on the course if that's what you want to know! :)

No specific meals. Be on nutritionally well-balanced meals at all times, period. Don't skip this and that, try to eat as various food items as possible.

  7. Hey! I've come across your website and have been delighted to come across a person who has actually obtained results through natural methods. At first I wanted to start myself on phytoestrogen tablets but due to their carcinogenic effect it could have on breasts I was a bit hesitant. I'm a 34B with no cleavage and my boobs are wide spread apart. I tried massaging for a week or two but havent seen any results. As for the nutrition part of it. My fear is that if I consume more food I'd put on excessive weight on my tummy area and hands. I was a C for the past few months bit have regressed to a B cup with a gain in tummy fat.
