    1. In a nutshell, 1.5 years from A to B, 1.5 years from B to C, 1.5 years from C to D.

Then, 6 months from D to DD due to pregnancy, and less than a month from DD to DD+ (not sure what it is now...).

I started "consciously" growing breasts back in April 2014. I bought new B-cup bras 2 months later in June 2014. However, there were many lifestyle changes I have made unconsciously for a year and a half before this, as a result of dating my now-husband.

Since then, I worked really hard at massaging my breasts daily, eating nutritionally-balanced meals at every meal, exercising, drinking lots of water (etc...everything else I talk about in my blog!) and a year and 4 months later in October 2015, I was fitted for new C-cups.

I remained at C-cups for a long time after because I got really lazy/lost motivation/slightly burnt out, so I stopped massaging my breasts completely. I also went through lots of stress at this time, so I did not eat boobs-healthy meals a lot of days, was always sleep-deprived, and drank lots of caffeine and alcohol. I then went back to boobs-friendly lifestyle and vigorously started massaging for a month, then in March 2017, was fitted for new D-cups. So I was technically at a C-cup for almost a year and a half.

I got pregnant in May 2017, and my breasts started growing on their own. Just 4 months later in September 2017, I was fitted for 34D (before was 32D), which is a cup-size equivalent of 32DD. However, within 2-3 weeks of that fitting, my bras were not fitting my body correctly. But this is all from pregnancy, I'm very sure!!! :)

One thing I did notice though, was that I felt it was easier to grow bigger breasts once I was at a C-cup. Yes, I was there for a year and a half, but I did nothing for my breasts, then I started massaging and a month later, they finally grew (that's one of the reasons why I'm a huge supporter of breast massage for natural growth!). I felt like it took forever for me to grow from an A to B (because I really wasn't aware of natural breast growth at the time), then B to C despite my daily effort.

      I hope this helps!!! :)

    2. A couple of months after I answered this, I realized that my timeline was a bit off. So I wrote a post about it a little while ago, please take a look at Boobinha Q&A #3:
