Small Boobs, Thick Waist: The Case of Double/Triple Carbs and Growing Bigger Boobs Naturally

How to grow bigger boobs naturally

I know I’ve written at least two blog posts on how to increase breast size while staying lean or losing your belly fat. I just can’t say this enough, because this is a fundamental issue everyone needs to truly understand if you want to increase your breast size naturally, and I feel that many people do not. If you understand this, you will no longer have to ask me what you need to eat to grow bigger breasts!

Asian people can eat a lot of white rice:

I consider myself a Japanese-American now, but I was a real Asian FOB when I was still in high school. If you don’t know what a FOB is, it stands for “Fresh Off the Boat.” I grew up in a pretty strict traditional Japanese household even though we moved to the states when I was 8. We consumed mostly home-cooked Japanese meals prepared by my mom. I never imagined a meal without a bowl or two of white rice!!! It was a struggle when I first moved out to attend college because the dorm food was not what I could stomach three times a day. I mean…who eats that greasy beacon with scrambled eggs in the morning? And drink a glass of milk with it? I needed rice and miso soup with some hot green tea on the side!!! I had a very strong preference for only eating Asian food (and by that, I really meant Japanese or Korean).

Sometime in the late 90s/early 2000s during my undergrad, my mom came home and told me that her American tennis friends were so amazed that she could eat so much white rice and still keep her slender figure. They had said to her that eating so much white rice is bad for your health and makes your waist thicker. My mom and I laughed at it together. We said, “We’re Japanese. Our ancestors have been eating white rice all their lives. We have been eating white rice all our lives. We’re special, and we can eat lots of white rice, it’s in our genes.”

Fast forward 20 years later, I’m married to a non-Asian, have no Asian friends nearby, and though I eat white rice frequently, I love eating a variety of cuisines, even those greasy beacons with scrambled eggs and a glass of milk on the side. I can also tell you with confidence, Japanese people are not special, and “being able to” eat that much rice is NOT in our genes, no matter who you are…especially if you want to increase your breast size naturally!!!

Eating carbs will not grow bigger boobs naturally:

But it will give you a thicker waist naturally, for sure! Carbs have the same number of calories per gram as protein does but do not play any major role in building and growing our body parts. For that, you need protein.

So my mom was visiting us recently. It was a 2-week visit that turned into a 4-month stay because of COVID-19 (hope you’re all safe)! During this time, I had more than enough time to observe and make pesky comments about her eating habits at every single meal, quite literally. We had a leftover-night one night, and my mom had finished assembling her plate to look pretty similar to this:

Food items that increase breast size

What’s wrong with this, you may ask? Well, Boobinhas, this is a meal that will grow a thicker waist unless you meticulously control the quantity. It’s also a meal that will NOT grow bigger boobs, no matter how much you eat (well, technically, you could, but probably at the cost of doubling and tripling your entire silhouette!).

If you didn’t already know this, there is a minimum amount of protein each and everyone needs to consume to “keep from getting sick,” according to Harvard Health. You can find your minimum using this calculator from the official USDA website. If you want to grow bigger breasts naturally, you need to eat more than this minimum every day. We want to actively consume more food items that are high in protein, as protein is one nutrient I heavily focus on growing bigger breasts.

Let’s take a look at my mom’s plate together. We’re simply going to see if each item is more or less of carbs or protein to make this easier to understand. We are disregarding other information such as vitamins and minerals content for now. However, remember that they are essential to process your protein intake and keep up with your overall health.

*All the nutritional values are the first couple of info that pops up when searched on Google.

  1. kabocha squash: 1 cup cooked has 12g of carbs/1.8g of protein - carbs

  2. eggplant: 1 cup cubed has 4.82g of carbs/0.8g of protein - carbs

  3. steamed corn: 1 large ear has 27g of carbs/4.7g of protein - carbs

  4. white rice: 1 cup cooked has 45g of carbs(!!!)/4.3g of protein - definitely carbs

When I asked my mom, “where’s the protein source?” she replied that this is enough food, and she won’t be able to eat anymore. Um…mom, that is not the point………this is like a 4-carbs meal with not a significant total amount of protein. If you are determined about your natural breast growth, you can’t just eat something and anything as long as it fills you up. You need to eat with a purpose!

Growing bigger boobs ≠ don’t eat carbs:

Carbohydrates are generally regarded as an evil nutrient second (or sometimes even first) to fat in many weight-loss programs. Some diets cut out all and partial carbs or only pick “quality” carbs over the less desirable carbs. However, there’s a reason why it’s one of the six major nutrients we need in our daily lives, so yes, do eat carbs!

If you want to (and you should) eat carbs while simultaneously growing bigger boobs, you need to think about the balance between carbs, fat, and protein on your plate.

There are two main problems with eating high-carbohydrate meals for our purpose to give our bust a boost.

First, consuming carbs will not help our breasts to increase in their size, as I’ve already mentioned earlier. It does not have any significant body-building property.

Second, you will accumulate more fat all over your body as a consequence of a high-carb diet. Because carbs take less time to digest compared to protein or fat, you will feel hungry faster. It will result in possibly consuming more food (and probably more carbs at that!), causing a higher caloric intake. If you end up not using these calories, they will be stored mostly as fat, and ta-da! More unwanted love handles and such!

Do eat carbs, but be aware of the quantity.

Growing bigger boobs ≠ eat more meat:

Often, people think “more protein” means “eat more meat.”

It just happens that meat, fish, and dairy products have higher protein content than plant-based food items. If you don’t have any dietary restrictions, all you have to do is add a piece of meat or fish to the above menu, and you can go your merrily way to growing bigger boobs. You don’t need to eat an entire cow!

I certainly thought you have to at the beginning of my breast growth journey and went through a period when I blindly stuffed myself with lots of meat at every meal. I naturally gained a lot of weight, fat, and anxiety that I no longer looked forward to my meals. I even felt sick at the sight of meat, but for a short while after, I continued to stuff myself with steaks, chickens, and sometimes pork. I eventually realized that gorging on meat is probably not the most effective method if I want to continue my journey, both physically and mentally. Instead, I opted to eat more plant-based protein in a higher quantity when I did not particularly feel like having any meat.

If you are a vegetarian or a vegan, you need to actively add other sources of protein, such as beans, tofu, eggs, and Greek yogurt at every meal. It is not enough to have some sprinkles of beans or five cubes of tofu in your gourmet veggie salad.

For example, if beans are going to be your protein source for a meal, you have to consume at least a cup-worth of beans, undiluted. A cup of cooked beans has about 15g of protein. Let’s say that your daily minimum protein requirement using the above calculator came out to 45g per day to sustain your health. It means you have to eat at least 3 cups of undiluted beans a day to hit that minimum. If you’re trying to gain muscles or, in our case, naturally increase our boob size, you’re going to have to eat much more than that!

Consume more protein to increase breast size naturally:

Protein is regarded as an essential nutrient to grow and repair your body parts. So why would it be any different if you’re trying to boost your bust size? Yes, you NEED protein to grow your breasts, just like you need protein to build your muscles! Make sure to hit at least your minimum protein requirement on a daily basis.

When you eat your meals today (and not junk food!), take a hard look at your plate and ask yourself, “What is my protein source for this meal, and am I eating enough?”

If your protein source is in any way shredded or sprinkled on top, it is not enough! If your protein source is diluted, such as in a cup of bean soup, it is not enough! If your protein source is meat and you’re referring to beacons, sausages, and other processed “meat,” you’re simply consuming loads of sodium and fat…so no, it’s not enough! And last but not least…if your protein source is…nuts…!?!?!? NO, nuts can’t replace meat, fish, beans, tofu, or Greek yogurt, because by the time you hit your daily minimum protein requirement by eating nuts, you’re going to pack on so many calories that you’ll grow your waist just as much!

Plan your meals. Know your protein. Eat with a purpose.
