One of many things we frequently read and hear in natural methods to grow bigger breasts is the importance of breast massage.

I admit. I used to think this is nonsense and stupid. If everyone's breasts grew bigger just by massaging them, no one would be complaining about their tiny boobs! The world also convinced me that breast size is genetically predetermined, and nothing could change that.

I receive similar comments from various random people around the globe, who happened to stumble upon my blog, read my answers on Quora, or find my tweets while sharing my work here.

But one day, I decided to be a little more open-minded and took some time to massage my boobs to see what happens. I got an immediate result, and the rest is history. I'm a believer, an advocator, whatever you want to call me, but I am convinced that breast massage does help you increase your breast size. It is now one of the must-dos in my natural breast growth regimen.

Why do we need breast massage to grow bigger breasts?

All the essential nutrients and hormones necessary for proper body development, including your breast development, are carried throughout your body in your blood.

One of the 4 fundamental factors for natural breast growth is blood circulation. Breast massage promotes increased blood flow to the bust area and helps supply all the growth goodness. There are no major arteries running down our breasts; only a branch of a branch of a major artery is present, which naturally lessens the amount of blood carried to your boobs.

Did you know that blood does not travel equally to every part of your body?

As you can see from the above diagram, most of your blood supply goes to your internal organs. According to this, only 8% categorized as "Other" goes to the other parts of your body that are not worthy of having their own label. That 8% includes breasts. Do you know what this means? It means less than 8% of your blood supply goes to your boobs!!!

Suppose your blood circulation is already superb from exercising, proper hydration, and an exemplary lifestyle. In that case, you're still sending less than 8% of your blood supply to your boobs. Imagine having stagnant circulation from lack of exercise, unintentional dehydration, and a less-than-stellar lifestyle... you're not gonna get much blood going to your boobs!

Poor blood circulation = no food for breast growth gets delivered to your boobs = tiny boobs!

You must massage your breasts to keep the fresh blood supply moving to your breasts continuously. This constant access to nutrients and hormones is necessary for natural breast growth.

Yes, most definitely! I can't speak enough of what a vital part it took in my breast growth journey.

When I first implemented my 4-minute breast massage into my daily morning routine, my boobs were continuously on fire and swollen for two straight months. It was a sign for me at the time that my boobs were reacting to the massage. However, in hindsight, I do not recommend anyone to continue massaging in a similar situation as I did.

I have also received comments from countless Boobinhas who have had similar experiences after the massage. Their breasts felt warm, itchy, constantly throbbing, or like being on fire (*warm is okay, but please take a couple of days off massaging if you feel the pain/swelling/like on fire).

There was an entire year where I got busy and stressed from work, all while getting bored and tired of trying to get bigger boobs. I pretty much quit everything I was doing that I considered essential for natural breast growth. I stopped eating well-balanced meals high in protein, stopped massaging my breasts altogether, stopped working out, and went back to being a night owl.

However, I did touch, rub, and squeeze my boobs from time to time, hoping that this would help increase the blood circulation to the bust area. I only did a real massage once or twice that year, and my boobs grew absolutely zilch! They finally started growing when I resumed a proper massage twice a day with a specific goal to have some growth within two months. This finally pushed me into a 32D size!

Recently, for a little over a year, I have been inconsistently working on un-sagging my breasts that went flat and droopy after pregnancy and breastfeeding. I can't emphasize enough how much breast massage has helped my boobs, though they are still not as perky as they used to be. I attribute the whole progress to breast massage as nothing else in my lifestyle has changed now and then. When I'm consistent with the massage, I can tell that it's working!

Every Boobinha who has had successful breast growth so far mentions about consistency in breast massage. They recognized it as a vital part of their natural breast growth journey. Some even felt that they could have been a little more consistent with it for a possibly better outcome (though I think they are doing super well!).

Therefore, I can confidently say that breast massage does help in increasing breast size naturally. It is a necessity, in my opinion.

Why is breast massage not changing the size of my breasts?

A few reasons come to my mind, why your boobs have not grown despite your effort put into massaging them.

  1. First and foremost, you are expecting an unrealistic rate of growth.

    It took me a little over 4 years to grow my breasts from 32A to 32D. Though honestly, I think I could've done it in 3 years had I not taken that year off from actively working towards the growth.

    But most importantly, don't forget that even the girls going through puberty, at the height of natural breast development, don't grow their boobs overnight, or even in a month or two! It takes them years too.

    So be more realistic and patient. If you keep working towards this, your boobs will grow sooner or later.

  2. You’re simply not sticking to the habit.

    I say this from time to time, but creating a new habit and sticking with it is not as easy as it sounds.

    I've heard countless prospective Boobinhas skeptically tell me that it sounds too easy to grow bigger breasts only by changing the diet and with a regular breast massage. But when I follow up with them a month later, most will admit that they could not keep up with the daily breast massage, that is, if they ever reply to me!

    I was persistent and massaged my breasts everyday while trying to grow them years ago. It's SO difficult to keep up with it now that I'm trying to use the same method to un-sag my droopy boobs! Life and all the other fun get in the way, I get it!

    But if you want to grow bigger boobs, you have to stick to the (almost) daily breast massage habit, period.

  3. You are randomly pushing and rubbing, and/or while (insert anything).

    Massaging should be a deliberate act, not something you do while watching TV (this is everyone's favorite!).

    Let's say you are distracted with whatever you're doing while massaging your boobs. How do you know if you're applying the correct amount of pressure, or if you're moving too much or too little of your breast tissues? Maybe some parts may feel tight and painful one day and not the other. You may even miss the slightest of changes in your boobs that only your concentration could reveal.

    You may also think that some touching or squeezing of your boobs is better than nothing because you have no time or patience to massage them properly. Please learn from my mistake that "something is better than nothing" is just a complete waste of your time, hopes, and attempt (can't use the word "effort" here!).

    If you're going to massage, be mindful and massage with a purpose! Otherwise, save yourself the disappointment and do something else more productive.

  4. You quit before anything began.

    This is self-explanatory. Most Boobinhas quit even before they reach a 30-day mark.

    Your boobs are not going to grow in 30 days miraculously, or worse, in less time, if they never did prior to this. If they were supposed to grow without any effort as they do for some women, they would've grown a long time ago.

    If you diligently continue for at least 6 months and you see absolutely no progress, come and tell me so. But I know you won't because you would've either quit before then or would've seen some positive changes! Yes, I'm daring you to try for at least that long!!!

  5. You are just not eating enough food, and not consuming enough protein.

    This goes back again to the 4 fundamental factors for natural breast growth in terms of nutrition.

    To this day, everyone who has contacted me is either consistently skipping meals or not consuming food items even to reach the daily minimum protein requirement.

    When you skip a meal, you're missing an opportunity to hit, let alone surpass, this requirement to start breast growth.

    Often, everyone thinks and believes that they're eating "healthy." There are numerous definitions of healthy eating, and maybe you are eating healthy according to that. But it is not always breast-growth-friendly.

    Unless you're a chunk-of-meat-lover who loves to eat steaks and chicken wings every single day (though you wouldn't be here if you were!), you have to work on your protein intake actively. It is even more crucial that you count your protein intake if you're a vegetarian or a vegan. Most of the food items considered to be "high in protein" in vegetarian/vegan diets are still lower in protein and higher in carbs, compared to meat and some dairy products.

Incorporate breast massage into your daily routine TODAY!

Set aside a specific time slot for daily breast massage

It is important to set aside a specific time slot or incorporate into a general flow of activities for daily breast massage to become habitual, just like brushing teeth after eating. So many prospective Boobinhas, including myself now, try to massage "whenever I can." The biggest problem with this is that you will never have that time! You're going to come up with a thousand reasons why you didn't have the time. If you want to stick with this, you must decide whether you'll massage in the morning, afternoon, or evening, or after certain events, like right before or after the shower. This way, you are more likely to stick with the daily routine.
